Owner
Dale began his work in the fitness industry while attending the University of California, Chico for Exercise Physiology and was hired in 2003 as a certified personal trainer. That work then expanded to group fitness instructor, massage therapist and various other positions.
In 2006, Dale started his work in sports nutrition managing a supplement retail store. After working for that company Dale had the opportunity to manage a Nutrishop in Chico, Ca. Within a few months into his management position at Nutrishop, Dale then earned the opportunity to open his first Nutrishop in Vacaville, CA.
Dale has opened three Nutrishop locations since 2011, but has sold two of them and now focuses all his time in servicing the clients of Nutrishop Vacaville. Dale holds several nationally recognized certifications in personal training, sports nutrition, group training and massage therapy. Dale attributes his knowledge in the sports nutrition industry to the studies and articles from individuals such as Jose Antonio, Douglas Kalman, William Llewelyn and Will Brink, whom he says have paved the way and set the standards in the sports nutrition industry.

CRISTIAN YANES
Cristian began working at Nutrishop Vacaville in 2016 as a sales associate/nutritional advisor and has worked his way up to the store manager position. Cristian began his fitness journey as a 280lb obese freshman, at Rodriguez High school where he wrestled for 3 years. By the start of his senior year, Cristian had gotten down to a weight of 160lbs. He continued wrestling at Sierra College where he studied Sports Nutrition. Cristian is a certified personal trainer and has trained with the Army wrestling team, Team AlphaMale, and many All-American wrestlers.

KYLE NIEHOFF
Kyle Niehoff graduated Will C Wood where he played football as a defensive lineman. After high school, Kyle then joined the Marine Corps where he spent time in Japan, Korea, and the Philippines. Kyle later went to school and earned a degree in drafting/design. Kyle started his fitness journey at 275lbs, lost 50lbs to 220lbs and is currently Incorporating an intermittent keto meal plan. Started shopping at Nutrishop in 2016 and has been working at Nutrishop since August of last year.

CHRISTIAN ALVARADO
Christian Alvarado grew up in Vacaville and graduated from Will C. Wood. In high school competed in Varsity Tennis at a high level. After graduating high school, Christian joined and has been serving in the Army Reserves for 4 years now. Christian at 18 yrs was 5’7 150 lbs. March 2021 is when he started his fitness journey and now he has grown to a 5’10 and 210lbs. Christian started shopping at Nutrishop March 2021 and in September he was hired and trained to be a sports nutritionist and supplement specialist. He now holds an IFA Sports Nutrition certification! Christian has aspirations to compete in Bodybuilding, become a trainer and really make a mark in the fitness industry, big or small! His hobbies other than the gym include watching Sports, listening to music/podcasts, going out, baking and long walks on the beach!
